Media CenterJune 2004 MediaMagic intorduces multi-language option MediaMagic Corp. of Belford, N.J.has provided a multi-language option for it's Digital Imaging System. The system will provide French or Spanish speaking service writers access to all data screens in their preferred language. When the system is installed at the dealership each service writer may indicate his or her language preference. Claims are automatically and exclusively routed to those warranty reviewers with that language capabilty. claims are then processed in that language. As the manufacturers quality database is exclusively in English all reviewer comments are automatically translated from the claim language to English.
