Our hardware provides for bar code scanning and automatic watermarking of the bar code translation (plain English) on each picture as well as date and time.

Our software automates the whole warranty claim process; easy to use equipment at the dealership, rapid transmission to a central location, review by manufacturer's experts, disposition and automatic generation of payment codes. All claims are archived and may be accessed by authorized dealers and Corporate personnel.

The system is web based and all updates are incorporated from a central location.
Transmission protocol is TCP/IP, compatible with satellite or terrestrial networks.
